They, like us,\nneed water to persevere. When it\u2019s hot, dry and muggy \u2014 the only cure is a cold drink. Nine out of 10 plants agree. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The trick to keeping your garden hydrated during the hottest days is\nnot to water more. It\u2019s to water <em>smarter<\/em>. Follow\nthese tips to conserve water and keep your garden and lawn looking good.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Smartly Shower Flowers:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Morning Glory. Choose to <\/strong>water early in the morning. As the day heats up, water can evaporate before your plants have a chance to soak it up. Watering at night can leave foliage wet and increase the chance of foliar disease.
